    The Port of South Louisiana - The largest tonnage port in the United States and third biggest in the world handling 200 million tons of cargo a year brought to its 52-mile stretch of the Mississippi River by vessel, barge, rail and truck.

    The Port of Baton Rouge - The key role of the port is to provide deep draft and shallow draft marine facilities for the movement of waterborne commerce throughout the State of Louisiana, Mississippi River Inland Waterway System and for International Trade, accessing international markets for shippers and companies located at the port.

    Ports Association of Louisiana - A nonprofit trade association formed to aid in the advancement of Louisiana ports, which, in turn, encourages economic development within the State of Louisiana.

    Port of Slidell - Serves as a major terminal linking the waterways with the crossroads of interstate highways I-10, I-12, and I-59.
